Iron nails

AM Trading offers Iron nails in bulk. 
Manufacturer holds an EPAL licence. AM Trading ships goods with trucks or containers worldwide. We sell on any basis: open account, LC, CAD or prepayment. 

We can do custom nail sizes as well. 

Minimum standard order is a full freighter: Truck (10 mt),  20 ft container (25 mt)

Iron (construction) nails  are tumbled (cleaned), packed in 5kg cardboard boxes (165x145x80mm). A 6.0×200 nail is packed in 10 kg boxes. Each package is checked-weighed and has an accurate net weight. Boxes are shipped on pallets of 1 ton.

AM Trading BV also supplies ring and screw nails are widely used to manufacture wooden containers and pallets and to fasten floor boards. Their essential difference from construction nails is that they have a screw or ring thread which makes it possible to fasten two wood products together more securely (prevents loosening at fastening sites and extends the product’s service life). It’s practically impossible to pull out such nails from wood without damaging its structure, opposite  to smooth shank nails (construction nails).

Coil nails are intended for manufacturing pallets and any other types of wooden packaging. They are used with a special drum type pneumatic tool (pneumatic gun) driven by compressed air. Coil nails can have a ring or screw thread or smooth shanks. One coil can hold 250, 300 or 350 units, depending on the nail size. Such nails are packed into carton boxes from 4,500 to 15,750 units per box.
