AM Trading is a commercial arm of the horizontally integrated business line, consolidating industrial business lines of CIS manufacturers, logistics providers with diversification into other complementary products and geographies.

Our company is located in the Netherlands and it acts as a supply chain intermediary of products originated in CIS and in Eastern Europe. We leverage the growth of trading volumes in the target regions (NWE, CEE/SEE and Black Sea) to create a new integrated trading flow in cooperation with other European companies operating in these regions.

This distribution platform will be used by producers to extend their reach to additional opportunities in these geographies and complement existing operations with new products supplied on a long term off-take contracts to offset volatility and secure strategic sourcing for downstream value chains.

AM Trading BV is aiming to supplement the existing distribution platform with minority stakes in local production, logistics and distribution assets to create synergies, de-risk operations, optimize logistics and raise its brand.
